Organic mashed potato flakes for catering and bakeries.
Preparation
Heat 35l of water and 35l of low-fat milk to max. 80° C (add 300 g of salt if desired), switch off power. Important: Do not exceed the maximum temperature! Stir 10 kg of product quickly into the warm liquid (max. 80°C). Let puree swell for approx. 3 minutes and stir again carefully.
