Preparation
Already with cold water an excellent swelling capacity. For the preparation of potato doughs as well as products based on cooked mashed potatoes very time and energy efficient. For 8 servings: boil 1 l of water and add 2 teaspoons of salt. Remove the pot from the heat and add 0.5 l cold milk. Stir in 240 g potato flakes slowly and evenly, let swell for 1 min, then whisk briefly.
