Fine light brown rice flour made from wholegrain rice, naturally containing no gluten. It is versatile in the kitchen. It is suitable for making gluten-free cakes, biscuits, muffins, porridge or pasta (noodles). It can also be used as a binding agent in soups, sauces and desserts or as a separating agent for finely chopped dried fruit such as diced apricots or mango.
