The unhusked round grain rice is a full-grain alternative for risotto dishes or even for rice pudding dishes a high-fiber nutrient.
Preparation
Bring 2 cups of water to the boil, add 1 cup of rice and cook at low heat for about 30 minutes until the water is absorbed. Season to taste. As a side dish, for fillings and pan-fried dishes. Or cook as rice pudding with 4 cups of milk with some ground vanilla at low heat.
