It is transparent, lightly golden and sweet taste with a hint of rice flavour.Ideal for biscuits, dairy and plant-based products (drinks, yoghurts, desserts, etc.), ice cream, cereal-based products (bars and breakfast cereals), confectionery, sauces, fruit preparations, baby food, bakery products, snacks, as a substitute for sucrose and honey and for making beverage syrup.
