The peeled round grain rice is suitable for all rice pudding lovers and also can be used for other rice dishes with desired stickiness.
Preparation
Bring 1 l milk, some salt and a pinch of ground vanilla to the boil at low heat. Add 250 g rice and bring to the boil again. Cook at low temperature for about 20 minutes until the rice is soft, stir always besides so that nothing burns. Serve with cinnamon and sugar or fruits.
