Our organic rooibos tea tastes slightly fruity-sweet and mild. Strictly speaking, rooibos is not a tea.It consists of the needle-shaped leaves of a shrub that is also called red bush. It grows under the South African sun and is also processed there. As it contains no caffeine and only a few tannins, it is an ideal refreshing drink for the whole family. It can be drunk hot or cold, enjoyed pure, with milk, a plant-based alternative or with a splash of (lemon) juice. Leaf grade: fine cut.
Preparation
Pour boiling water over one heaped teaspoon per cup and leave the tea to infuse for at least 5 minutes. This is the only way to obtain a safe food.
