Die Sojabohnen werden auf schonende Weise durch Dampferhitzen entbittert und zum Verzehr aufgeschlossen. Anschließend zu Flocken gewalzt und mild geröstet. Sojaflocken enthalten einen hohen Gehalt an hochwertigem Eiweiß und eignen sich daher als Ergänzung und Aufwertung zu anderen pflanzlicher Nahrungsmitteln. Zudem sind sie ballaststoffreich und sie schmecken leicht nussig.
