Organic mashed potato flakes for catering and bakeries.
Preparation
Excellent water absorption even with cold water. Highly efficient in time and energy for making potato dough and products based on cooked mashed potatoes. For 8 servings: Bring 1 litre of water to a boil and add 2 teaspoons of salt. Remove the pot from the heat and add 0.5 litre of cold milk. Slowly and evenly stir in 240g of potato flakes, let stand for 1 minute, then whip briefly with a whisk.
