Preparation
Organic rice protein is ideal for use in shakes, smoothies, soups, sauces, muesli, yoghurt and quark. Add fresh, frozen or freeze-dried fruit and spices such as vanilla or cinnamon to your shakes to create a variety of flavours. Do you love nutty chocolate flavours? Add nut butter and cocoa powder to your protein shake. Stir approximately two tablespoons of pea protein powder into 250 ml of juice, milk or milk alternative each day.
