We only use European almonds! They taste much nuttier and more aromatic than overseas almonds. The blanched almonds are ivory-coloured and the brown skin has been carefully removed using steam. They are crunchy and firm to the bite. Almonds provide a lot of fibre and are a good source of protein. They are ideal for snacking, baking, cooking, blending, topping and desserts
