Stinging nettle is a popular herb that has been used to make tea for many generations. Infusing the fine nettle leaves produces a tea with a mild, earthy and slightly sweet flavour. Nettle leaf tea can be drunk hot or cold.
Preparation
Pour ¼ L boiling water on a heaped tablespoon of nettle leaves and then leave to infuse for min. 10 min. This is the only way to obtain a safe food.
