The spherical grains of our organic brown mustard seeds are blackish brown to brown in colour and have a pungent aroma. This dark variety is not yet as widespread in Europe as yellow mustard seeds. In India, however, it has always been valued in a variety of dishes: hearty lentil dishes (dhals), chutneys and marinades benefit from its wonderful aroma and distinctive pungency. Light roasting intensifies its aroma even further. Let your creativity run wild in the kitchen and try these little flavour wonders not only in Indian dishes, but also in pickles, marinades and finely ground in soups, sauces and dressings. Did you know? The darker the mustard seed, the more pronounced its spiciness. Yellow mustard seeds are the mildest, followed by brown seeds and the small black aromatic balls. The desired spiciness can be adjusted during mustard production by changing the proportions of the seeds. You can also find yellow mustard seeds in our shop.

We only use European almonds to make our finely ground almond flour! Why? Because they taste significantly richer and more aromatic than almonds from overseas. To ensure maximum enjoyment, the kernels are blanched after cracking. This removes the brown skin surrounding the kernel. The kernels are then ground into a fine, white-to-ivory-coloured flour. Almonds are high in fibre and a source of protein. This makes them ideal for baking, cooking and desserts.
This versatile blend combines fine dried fruit with crunchy nut kernels. Fruity grapes, the caramel like flavour of mulberries and crunchy banana chips meet fine nut kernels, such as cashews, almonds and pistachios. Experience a different flavour combination with every bite. This blend provides new energy and enjoyment, whether you're at home or out and about, alone or with friends.

Ground anise seeds, a light yellow to green-brown powder with a slightly sweet, slightly licorice-like flavor. Anise originally comes from Asia and the southeastern Mediterranean countries. White, aromatic organic pepper is produced by harvesting red pepper fruits when they are fully ripe. The fruits are then soaked in water for around a week to separate the flesh from the small seeds. The resulting yellowish-white peppercorns are dried and ground into a fine powder. Traditionally used in light-coloured sauces, soups and potato dishes, it also goes well with other dishes that can benefit from its spiciness and aroma. The spiciness of pepper can vary slightly depending on its origin.
Organic sweet lupins, with their white, kidney-shaped seeds, are a native legume grown in Germany. Their cultivation is particularly sustainable. The hardy plant, which is often grown due to its soil-improving properties, binds a lot of nitrogen with its long roots and therefore requires no fertilisation. Lupins have a slightly nutty taste and are similar in their nutrient composition to soybeans, but contain significantly less fat. They are very high in protein and contain all essential amino acids, making lupin protein particularly valuable. Their high fibre content also makes them a valuable ingredient not only in vegetarian and vegan cuisine. The whole beans are suitable for stews, antipasti, curries or finely seasoned as a bread spread. Crushed as Organic Sweet Lupin Flour, they are also a popular ingredient for Bolognese and burgers. Did you know that not all lupins are edible? Only the sweet lupin is suitable for human consumption. Its wild relatives contain toxic bitter substances, the alkaloids.

Turmeric is part of the ginger family. For our powder, the cleaned and dried root is finely ground. The most noticeable feature is probably the bright yellow colour, but turmeric can also score points for its taste. It is mildly spicy with a slightly bitter note. When cooking, the warm aroma is released and enchants rice dishes, curries made from pulses, sauces and dips. In the bakery, it can be used to colour doughs. A wonderful mood-enhancing drink is the popular "Golden Milk". It brings sunshine into the glass. The colourful spice has been used in India for over 4000 years and is an indispensable part of most curry mixtures.
