Organic Bulgur made from durum wheat. To produce it, durum wheat grains are steamed, dried, and then crushed. This process allows vitamins and minerals from the outer layers to move into the center of the grain, resulting in a versatile ingredient with a short cooking time. Bulgur is also a source of protein and fiber. It adds a touch of the Orient to pan dishes, soups, stews, fillings, and patties, pairs wonderfully with vegetables and legumes, and can even be used to prepare desserts or breakfast dishes with fine (dried) fruits and nuts.

Dried, peeled, halved green peas with a firm consistency. The pea halves are small to medium-sized, semi-round, and have a sweet, mild taste. They are also known as garden peas or table peas. Like other legumes, they are low in fat and high in protein and fiber. This makes them an ideal ingredient for any kitchen, whether as a creamy soup, spread, or side dish. KNOWLEDGE: They belong to the legume family and contribute to the health of our soils. Their roots bind nitrogen from the air, increasing soil fertility. Thin-skinned and soft, sweet figs from Turkey have been among our organic classics for many years. These sun-drenched mountain figs grow primarily in the Aydin-Germencik area. The fiber-rich fruit is popular as a snack and is also suitable for cooking and baking.

Our organic pecan kernels are a real treat for all nut lovers. Here they come in practical pieces. They impress with their high quality, crunchy bite and sweet, buttery flavour. Pecans are close relatives of walnuts and are characterised by a slightly slimmer shape and a milder flavour. Pecan kernels are versatile and can be nibbled raw or used in various dishes. The fine pieces of nut kernel are ideal for baking, but they are also a tasty addition to muesli or salads, either raw or lightly roasted. Pecans can also be used in savoury dishes, such as poultry or vegetable dishes. Originally from the USA, the fine nut is now also cultivated in Africa, Australia and Asia. The pecan nut is also known as hickory nut.
Whole dried golden figs from Spain. They are light to golden brown, taste aromatic and honey-like sweet. The fibre-rich fruits are popular as a snack due to their mouth-friendly size and are also suitable for cooking and baking. In summer, before the arrival of the new harvest, the figs sugar more, but this does not affect the quality. On the contrary: The sugaring is a completely natural process. During the drying of the fruits, a residual moisture remains, which continues to decrease during storage and emerges to the outside. With this water, the fruit sugar also gets to the outer surface of the dried fruit, where it then dries and can be seen as a white layer. This sugaring proves the naturalness and organic quality of the dried fruits.

The spherical grains of our organic brown mustard seeds are blackish brown to brown in colour and have a pungent aroma. This dark variety is not yet as widespread in Europe as yellow mustard seeds. In India, however, it has always been valued in a variety of dishes: hearty lentil dishes (dhals), chutneys and marinades benefit from its wonderful aroma and distinctive pungency. Light roasting intensifies its aroma even further. Let your creativity run wild in the kitchen and try these little flavour wonders not only in Indian dishes, but also in pickles, marinades and finely ground in soups, sauces and dressings. Did you know? The darker the mustard seed, the more pronounced its spiciness. Yellow mustard seeds are the mildest, followed by brown seeds and the small black aromatic balls. The desired spiciness can be adjusted during mustard production by changing the proportions of the seeds. You can also find yellow mustard seeds in our shop.

Golden crisp flakes, made from cornmeal, with no added sugar. Enjoy a light, crunchy delight in milk, yoghurt, or a plant-based alternative. Savour them pure, in mixes, or as a crunchy topping on fruit salads or bowls.
We only use European almonds to make our finely ground almond flour! Why? Because they taste significantly richer and more aromatic than almonds from overseas. To ensure maximum enjoyment, the kernels are blanched after cracking. This removes the brown skin surrounding the kernel. The kernels are then ground into a fine, white-to-ivory-coloured flour. Almonds are high in fibre and a source of protein. This makes them ideal for baking, cooking and desserts.
Classic and fine, our student mix. Fruitily sweet wine berries and sultanas meet crunchy nuts: cashew, Paranuts, almonds and noble pecan nuts in a mix. Pure, it's an ideal snack for school, uni, office, sport, and on the go. Also delicious in fruit salad or as a topping for muesli or porridge. If you prefer it even fruitier, try our student mix with sweet-sour cranberries.
