They are prepared according to traditional recipes in the villages of the Greek hinterland. The naturally dark Kalamata olives are soaked in salt water, pitted and then marinated with herbs and extra virgin olive oil, packaged in a protective atmosphere and not pasteurised. This will not only please raw food enthusiasts, as the gentle production process preserves their authentic flavour and exceptional aroma. These olives are a real treat! Whether at home on the dinner table, as a snack between meals or as part of sumptuous Mediterranean starter creations - they are always a good choice.
