Coconut milk is a white, creamy liquid that is extracted from the grated and pressed flesh of mature coconuts. The desired fat content is set by adding water. This mixture is cooked, filled into cans, and made durable through pasteurization. Coconut milk has a slightly sweet taste and possesses the typical coconut flavor.
