Organic blanched hazelnut kernels without skin. The ivory-colored kernels are firm and crunchy. They have a mild, nutty flavor and are a fiber-rich snack. They are suitable for cooking and baking, for muesli, for snacking and mixing. Finely roasted, they are an aromatic ingredient for the production of finest nut pastes and plant-based drinks as well as for desserts.
