Our wild, dried blueberries are made from sun-ripened fruits, also known as bilberries. After harvesting, they are refined in fine apple syrup, gently dried and then refined with a touch of sunflower oil to keep them wonderfully juicy. The result: intensely fruity-sweet blueberries, rich in fibre and full of natural vital substances. Perfect for muesli, nut and fruit mixes, pastries, desserts or savoury dishes, a versatile treat for home, catering or further processing in high-quality products.

Our roasted and lightly salted organic almonds are made using only almonds grown in Europe! They have a much nuttier and more aromatic flavour than almonds grown overseas. Light roasting makes them particularly crunchy and tasty. Almonds are a good source of fibre and protein. They are perfect for snacking on, using in baking and cooking, and for adding to mixes, toppings and desserts.

Organic maple syrup is made from the sap of certain maple trees. Harvesting takes place in the spring, when the sap is replenishing the upper parts of the tree after a long winter. To ensure that the tree remains healthy and can provide its sweet sap for many years to come, only part of the sap is taken from trees that are already large enough. Immediately after harvesting, the sap is boiled down and then bottled. The resulting maple syrup is more liquid than honey and has a sweet taste with nutty, caramel-like, slightly bitter notes. The time of harvest influences the taste and colour of the syrup. Grade A is a light amber syrup with a mild aromatic flavor. It is ideal for topping our popular pancakes, but is also a great choice for sweetening baked goods, desserts, dressings and drinks.

These roasted, brown organic almonds from Europe have an aromatic flavour with a pleasant roasted note and are crunchy to bite into. Almonds are rich in fibre and a good source of protein. They are suitable on their own as a snack, as an ingredient in mixtures, baked goods, or as a topping for pralines, fruit salads and desserts.
